The current trend now is serious juicing and the company is now offering a new whole-food blending and juicing that will let customer make custom order. This is similar to the concept that Starbucks offer when it acquired Evolution Fresh back in 2011, except that Starbucks sell its juice in bottled form instead of made to order. This will make the company compete with mom-and-pop shops but their strategy is to price their juice at a lower cost. This way, the company hope to tap into a large new market who focus on healthy trend but wasn’t able to obtain because of price or availability. I believe that this new offering could help revive the company as more and more American are becoming health-conscious.
